Narrative:
Aircraft departed tol en route to day. Aircraft was radar idented as a primary target. Apparently the aircraft transponder was not on, and I forgot to hand the aircraft off to ZID.

Narrative: ACFT DEPARTED TOL ENRTE TO DAY. ACFT WAS RADAR IDENTED AS A PRIMARY TARGET. APPARENTLY THE ACFT XPONDER WAS NOT ON, AND I FORGOT TO HAND THE ACFT OFF TO ZID.
