Narrative:
Deviation from direct course to vih (vichy), I copied my first officer lead with the wrong VOR hlv. I should have crosschecked and then would not have gone to the wrong VOR. We both had a long day and I feel a lot of fatigue.

Narrative: DEV FROM DIRECT COURSE TO VIH (VICHY), I COPIED MY FO LEAD WITH THE WRONG VOR HLV. I SHOULD HAVE XCHKED AND THEN WOULD NOT HAVE GONE TO THE WRONG VOR. WE BOTH HAD A LONG DAY AND I FEEL A LOT OF FATIGUE.
