Narrative:

Our flight air carrier X was inbound to mem oct/xa/98 at approximately XA50Z on the wilder 3 arrival. We understood our clearance from ZME was to cross 65 NM southwest of bwg at FL250. We read it back that way with no challenge from controller. We called out of FL390 for FL250, again with no challenge from controller. At approximately FL270, controller asked our altitude and advised we were cleared to FL350, not FL250.
