Narrative:
Aircraft departed edw at approximately AM30 oct/xa/98 on a VFR flight plan direct tonopah. Route of flight visual through trona gap north to beatty, nv, and direct tonapah. The plan called for a route of flight east of V105 to parallel the west border of R4807A. After a cordial conversation with nellis control by phone, it was obvious I had violated the west boundary of R4807A. The controller of nellis control thanked me for the report, but indicated it was a requirement to notify the FAA -- thus the report. Sorry for this incursion.

Narrative: ACFT DEPARTED EDW AT APPROX AM30 OCT/XA/98 ON A VFR FLT PLAN DIRECT TONOPAH. RTE OF FLT VISUAL THROUGH TRONA GAP N TO BEATTY, NV, AND DIRECT TONAPAH. THE PLAN CALLED FOR A RTE OF FLT E OF V105 TO PARALLEL THE W BORDER OF R4807A. AFTER A CORDIAL CONVERSATION WITH NELLIS CTL BY PHONE, IT WAS OBVIOUS I HAD VIOLATED THE W BOUNDARY OF R4807A. THE CTLR OF NELLIS CTL THANKED ME FOR THE RPT, BUT INDICATED IT WAS A REQUIREMENT TO NOTIFY THE FAA -- THUS THE RPT. SORRY FOR THIS INCURSION.
