Narrative:

Turned center fuel pumps on to burn 800 pounds of 1800 pounds in tank. Encountered moderate turbulence and made PA for flight attendants to situation down immediately. Requested descent to FL330 and after level at FL330, checked center tank and discovered 100 pounds remaining. Extra fuel from the center tank was overtaken by the events related to the safety of the aircraft and passenger/crew.

Narrative: TURNED CTR FUEL PUMPS ON TO BURN 800 LBS OF 1800 LBS IN TANK. ENCOUNTERED MODERATE TURB AND MADE PA FOR FLT ATTENDANTS TO SIT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. REQUESTED DSCNT TO FL330 AND AFTER LEVEL AT FL330, CHKED CTR TANK AND DISCOVERED 100 LBS REMAINING. EXTRA FUEL FROM THE CTR TANK WAS OVERTAKEN BY THE EVENTS RELATED TO THE SAFETY OF THE ACFT AND PAX/CREW.
