Narrative:

On takeoff roll, runway 25 at toledo, at about 30 KTS the forward door warning and map light came on momentarily. Takeoff was aborted and once cleared of the runway, the forward light illuminated checklist was completed. The passenger were made aware of why the takeoff was aborted. Once the captain and the flight attendant confirmed the cabin door secured marks were aligned as per checklist, the aircraft was taxied back to the active runway. The after landing, taxi, and before takeoff checklists were completed. On second attempt during takeoff roll at 30 KTS the forward door warning and map indication light came 'on' again and the takeoff was aborted. Toledo operations was contacted and the aircraft was taxied back to the gate and the passenger deplaned. Company maintenance control was contacted and contract maintenance showed up within 30 mins. The forward door light was deferred as per the aircraft's MEL. Passenger were boarded again. Back on the active runway 25, during the takeoff roll at 20 KTS, the service door and map light indication came 'on.' the takeoff was aborted, and aircraft taxied back to gate. During exterior inspection, found that one of the fuel door fasteners had come loose. It was tightened again, aircraft taxied back for takeoff again - - this time with no further delays back to cincinnati, oh.

Title: A TURBOPROP LTT ABORTS ITS TKOF ROLL 3 DIFFERENT TIMES BECAUSE OF DIFFERING SITS THAT EACH TRIGGER WARNINGS.

Narrative: ON TKOF ROLL, RWY 25 AT TOLEDO, AT ABOUT 30 KTS THE FORWARD DOOR WARNING AND MAP LIGHT CAME ON MOMENTARILY. TKOF WAS ABORTED AND ONCE CLRED OF THE RWY, THE FORWARD LIGHT ILLUMINATED CHKLIST WAS COMPLETED. THE PAX WERE MADE AWARE OF WHY THE TKOF WAS ABORTED.
