Narrative:

Problem arose due to the gear door 'south' link was installed under the drag strut. But it should have been installed in between the drag strut and the main gear strut. However, to my knowledge, the arm or 'south' link was installed correctly. Contributing factors: a complete oversight by individuals involved that the installation was in backwards. The incident was discovered after takeoff when the r-hand gear would not go up into the wheel well.
