Narrative:

On sep/xy/98 at approximately XA00, ADI xyz, serial number xzz was found to have a wrong part number for the B7 synchro in it. On mar/yx/90 I had repaired this unit, removed for 'face glass fogged.' in testing the unit, I noticed the motors were noisy and the delta was faded. I replaced the bearings on all 4 motors and painted the delta, cleaned the light wedge glass and final tested per job card none of the tests performed on this unit showed a problem with the B7 or any other synchro. If no problem exists with any synchro, no inspection or repair is needed.
