Narrative:
We were issued VFR traffic at either 14500 ft or 16500 ft. We acknowledged traffic. We were then given a frequency change. During this time, we made a turn on the arrival. It was then that I realized (we were descending) that we were on what appeared to be a collision course with the light twin traffic. I took evasive action and narrowly missed impact with the traffic.
