Narrative:

I was the captain on flight departing sea at XA10. I had partial power loss on right engine, then 0 oil pressure. Engine was feathered and secured. Declared an emergency and landed back safely in sea. I forgot to write up a gripe sheet on the inoperative right engine. Oversight on my part!
