Narrative:
Aircraft #2 at 10500 ft with parachute jumpers is advised that aircraft #1 was at 10000 ft. Aircraft #2 released jumpers while traffic was under aircraft #1. Aircraft #1 took evasive action to avoid collision with jumpers.

Title: ARTCC HDOF CTLR OBSERVES PARACHUTE OPERATOR RELEASE JUMPERS AFTER ATC ADVISES OF SF34 ACR BENEATH JUMP ACFT. SF34 INITIATES EVASIVE MANEUVER AWAY FROM JUMPERS.
Narrative: ACFT #2 AT 10500 FT WITH PARACHUTE JUMPERS IS ADVISED THAT ACFT #1 WAS AT 10000 FT. ACFT #2 RELEASED JUMPERS WHILE TFC WAS UNDER ACFT #1. ACFT #1 TOOK EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID COLLISION WITH JUMPERS.
