Narrative:

During cruise, an avoidance vector was given to us (aircraft X) from ZTL. We did not see the other aircraft Y when TCASII RA instructed a climb. We climbed approximately 500 ft when we acquired the traffic visually and then returned to FL330. Supplemental information from acn 412033: in cruise, on a vector with lots of holding aircraft in the area for atl, we were given an avoidance vector by center.
