Narrative:

During takeoff roll at 100 KTS, #1 engine rolled back towards idle. Takeoff was discontinued and runway exited using a high speed turnoff. After accomplishing appropriate checklists, attempt to taxi was unable to be done due to brakes heating up and preventing wheels from turning. Maintenance dispatched to the aircraft. Brakes were cooled so that brakes would release. Aircraft towed to the gate.
