Narrative:

During flap retraction the 'leading edge flap' light remained illuminated. While dealing with this, the crew failed to make the altitude restr required on the SID (sfo 6 DME at or above 3000 ft). Aircraft was approximately 800 ft low. Departure control advised there was no conflicting traffic and no problem existed. Additionally, the aircraft was heavy (186000 pounds) and climbing slower than normal.

Title: B727 CREW DID NOT MAKE A SID XING RESTR. THEY ALSO HAD A LEADING EDGE FLAP THAT DID NOT RETRACT.

Narrative: DURING FLAP RETRACTION THE 'LEADING EDGE FLAP' LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. WHILE DEALING WITH THIS, THE CREW FAILED TO MAKE THE ALT RESTR REQUIRED ON THE SID (SFO 6 DME AT OR ABOVE 3000 FT). ACFT WAS APPROX 800 FT LOW. DEP CTL ADVISED THERE WAS NO CONFLICTING TFC AND NO PROB EXISTED. ADDITIONALLY, THE ACFT WAS HVY (186000 LBS) AND CLBING SLOWER THAN NORMAL.
