Narrative:

Aircraft was loaded and we were waiting to be cleared to start, after refueling operations. We felt a great shudder of the aircraft. Saw fuel pouring out of right refueling area. Ran emergency evacuate/evacuation checklist. Orderly deplaning of aircraft. Auths/fire, etc, came. No injuries. Aircraft secured, called company, reports filed.
