Narrative:

Event: line check from jump seat. After release from hospital for angioplasty and given a release to return to work from my cardiac doctor, I consulted an aviation medical examiner. (He indicated to me that I may still give a line check but only from a jump seat.) then on aug/fri/98, ATR manager of training standards informed me that I was in violation of FARS 121.411(B)(5). I performed 5 line checks from jump seat after my heart procedure. I believe far 121.411(east) allows me to do these checks.
