Narrative:

Aircraft operated mco-mdw with incorrect tail number on flight plan. Dispatcher notified crew immediately upon discovery. During flight planning, paperwork was changed several times to reflect tail swap among 3 different aircraft due to maintenance. Upon fifth and final revision of paperwork due to swaps and delays, dispatcher failed to change down-line leg resulting in flight operating with incorrect tail number reflected on paperwork.

Title: DISPATCHER RELEASES FLT WITH WRONG ACFT NUMBER ON PAPERWORK AT MCO.

Narrative: ACFT OPERATED MCO-MDW WITH INCORRECT TAIL NUMBER ON FLT PLAN. DISPATCHER NOTIFIED CREW IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERY. DURING FLT PLANNING, PAPERWORK WAS CHANGED SEVERAL TIMES TO REFLECT TAIL SWAP AMONG 3 DIFFERENT ACFT DUE TO MAINT.
