Narrative:

ATC facility: dfw regional approach. Location: cqy 307 degree radial, 32 NM. During the CQY2 arrival dfw descending to cross tacke at 11000 ft, I was distracted by TA's and did not recognize that first officer would cross tacke above 11000 ft. First officer had misread tacke DME and thought he had 4 more mi. We crossed at 11500 ft and quickly leveled at 11000 ft.
