Narrative:

Door shut, aircraft began taxi, #1 flight attendant realized there were 2 more passenger in first class than paperwork (given by agents at departure) indicated. She checked passenger who weren't on paperwork for boarding passes. First person left when asked, second person made excuses, then after takeoff, feigned sleeping when she knew we needed her to check luggage for boarding pass. She was totally uncooperative, said 'they' (someone on phone) told her she was in first class. She never found her boarding pass. Captain radioed lax, she was found to have a Y class seat. She refused to leave, kept the #1 flight attendant occupied in galley as she (passenger) ranted and raved, thereby keeping #1 flight attendant from safety and service duties. Company personnel and local police met her on landing. From what I understand, she was given a choice -- jail or paying full upgrade costs. I believe she paid upgrade. This wasn't caught at the gate because, as often happens, catering was throwing on last min meals and last min luggage was being stowed from late arriving passenger. #1 flight attendant was too busy trying to secure cabin and galley (as well as other flight attendants in other cabins) so door could be shut for on- time departure. She didn't have time to check paperwork against actual passenger in first class cabin until after aircraft taxied off gate and safety video finished. Often times, last min passenger get on before they can be put on paperwork.

Title: ON TAXI ON BOARD B757, PAX DISCOVERED IN FIRST CLASS WITH A COACH CLASS SEAT AND REFUSED TO MOVE TO ASSIGNED SEAT. FLC HAD AUTHS MEET ACFT AT DEST.

Narrative: DOOR SHUT, ACFT BEGAN TAXI, #1 FLT ATTENDANT REALIZED THERE WERE 2 MORE PAX IN FIRST CLASS THAN PAPERWORK (GIVEN BY AGENTS AT DEP) INDICATED. SHE CHKED PAX WHO WEREN'T ON PAPERWORK FOR BOARDING PASSES. FIRST PERSON LEFT WHEN ASKED, SECOND PERSON MADE EXCUSES, THEN AFTER TKOF, FEIGNED SLEEPING WHEN SHE KNEW WE NEEDED HER TO CHK LUGGAGE FOR BOARDING PASS. SHE WAS TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE, SAID 'THEY' (SOMEONE ON PHONE) TOLD HER SHE WAS IN FIRST CLASS. SHE NEVER FOUND HER BOARDING PASS. CAPT RADIOED LAX, SHE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A Y CLASS SEAT. SHE REFUSED TO LEAVE, KEPT THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT OCCUPIED IN GALLEY AS SHE (PAX) RANTED AND RAVED, THEREBY KEEPING #1 FLT ATTENDANT FROM SAFETY AND SVC DUTIES. COMPANY PERSONNEL AND LCL POLICE MET HER ON LNDG. FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND, SHE WAS GIVEN A CHOICE -- JAIL OR PAYING FULL UPGRADE COSTS. I BELIEVE SHE PAID UPGRADE. THIS WASN'T CAUGHT AT THE GATE BECAUSE, AS OFTEN HAPPENS, CATERING WAS THROWING ON LAST MIN MEALS AND LAST MIN LUGGAGE WAS BEING STOWED FROM LATE ARRIVING PAX. #1 FLT ATTENDANT WAS TOO BUSY TRYING TO SECURE CABIN AND GALLEY (AS WELL AS OTHER FLT ATTENDANTS IN OTHER CABINS) SO DOOR COULD BE SHUT FOR ON- TIME DEP. SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO CHK PAPERWORK AGAINST ACTUAL PAX IN FIRST CLASS CABIN UNTIL AFTER ACFT TAXIED OFF GATE AND SAFETY VIDEO FINISHED. OFTEN TIMES, LAST MIN PAX GET ON BEFORE THEY CAN BE PUT ON PAPERWORK.
