Narrative:

After takeoff on the climb out of fresno, at about 5000 ft MSL, we heard a loud noise then followed by a continuous noise. We looked up at the hydraulic pressure gauges. They showed zero. We went through the checklists and they called for an emergency lowering of the landing gear by hand pump. We also declared an emergency. The gear dropped and locked down (we had 3 gear lights). The only thing is that we did not have any flaps. So we proceeded with a flapless landing after checking our landing performance with our company on the radio. We were flying for about 30 mins within 10 mi from the fresno airport to be within landing weight. And with success we landed and managed to clear the runway with the remaining brake pressure and differential power since we lost nosewheel steering. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states there was a broken hose which caused the hydraulic leak. Reporter has no knowledge of any other problems with other aircraft. This appears to be a parts failure only, easily replaced/repaired.

Title: FLC OF BAE3201 HEAR A LOUD NOISE FOLLOWED BY A CONTINUOUS NOISE. ALL HYD PRESSURE IS LOST. CHKLISTS FOLLOWED AND EMER LNDG COMPLETED.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF ON THE CLB OUT OF FRESNO, AT ABOUT 5000 FT MSL, WE HEARD A LOUD NOISE THEN FOLLOWED BY A CONTINUOUS NOISE. WE LOOKED UP AT THE HYD PRESSURE GAUGES. THEY SHOWED ZERO. WE WENT THROUGH THE CHKLISTS AND THEY CALLED FOR AN EMER LOWERING OF THE LNDG GEAR BY HAND PUMP. WE ALSO DECLARED AN EMER. THE GEAR DROPPED AND LOCKED DOWN (WE HAD 3 GEAR LIGHTS). THE ONLY THING IS THAT WE DID NOT HAVE ANY FLAPS. SO WE PROCEEDED WITH A FLAPLESS LNDG AFTER CHKING OUR LNDG PERFORMANCE WITH OUR COMPANY ON THE RADIO. WE WERE FLYING FOR ABOUT 30 MINS WITHIN 10 MI FROM THE FRESNO ARPT TO BE WITHIN LNDG WT. AND WITH SUCCESS WE LANDED AND MANAGED TO CLR THE RWY WITH THE REMAINING BRAKE PRESSURE AND DIFFERENTIAL PWR SINCE WE LOST NOSEWHEEL STEERING. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATES THERE WAS A BROKEN HOSE WHICH CAUSED THE HYD LEAK. RPTR HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY OTHER PROBS WITH OTHER ACFT. THIS APPEARS TO BE A PARTS FAILURE ONLY, EASILY REPLACED/REPAIRED.
