Used 2 ground guides on left wings, closest to jetway. Moved aircraft a few ft and signaled to stop. Applied brakes and felt aircraft shudder. Applied brakes to full extent and brought aircraft to stop. Ground crew brought up airstairs and deplaned passenger. No injuries to passenger on crew.
