Narrative:

Somehow ended up on wrong frequency. Don't know how or why. We do not recall missing a handoff. Notified by ACARS to contact center on 133.77. Our last frequency was 135.77. The controller on 133.77 chastised us for encroaching upon a military area that was hot. We found this most interesting since our last clearance had been fly a 250 heading for pocket city direct when able, which we were doing. At the time we were on the 250 degree heading not yet receiving pocket city.
