Narrative:

I was working in business class and made a safety walk- through to the main cabin while portion of main cabin crew were on a rest break. I met a man and a woman with a baby standing near the aft galley. They requested a private place to attend to their baby. I thought it was a diaper changing request and directed them to a lavatory with a baby changing table. They said, no, they needed to administer medicine and the baby was going to cause a fuss, so they wanted privacy. They went into the curtained off area of the main cabin galley, gave the baby medicine and then requested cool clothes to wipe down baby's arms and legs. I asked what was wrong and they said chicken pox. Their older daughter who was traveling with them had had them 2 weeks ago and now the baby had just broken out with them 2 days ago. The purser was notified and the captain.
