Narrative:
On taxi out to runway 25R (short taxi), ground told us to change to tower and expect departure runway 25L. Tower cleared us for departure. I changed runways in FMS and did the checklist and we took off. In the confusion of short taxi distance, and runway change, I misread the SID and we turned early on the departure, not per SID, in a noise sensitive area.

Narrative: ON TAXI OUT TO RWY 25R (SHORT TAXI), GND TOLD US TO CHANGE TO TWR AND EXPECT DEP RWY 25L. TWR CLRED US FOR DEP. I CHANGED RWYS IN FMS AND DID THE CHKLIST AND WE TOOK OFF. IN THE CONFUSION OF SHORT TAXI DISTANCE, AND RWY CHANGE, I MISREAD THE SID AND WE TURNED EARLY ON THE DEP, NOT PER SID, IN A NOISE SENSITIVE AREA.
