Narrative:

Current ATIS informed us that runway 17L was active with all other runways closed and air show in progress. We received approach vectors to runway 17L (cavu) and cleared to land. Tower worked a slow moving cessna in front of us and we were forced to go around. We were instructed to make left downwind turn and were cleared to land. Made close in base leg (as requested for traffic to follow us) and turned final approximately 1000 ft AGL on glide path. The air show was using runway 17R and as we turned final an F14 was landed off runway 17R. The F14 turned east crossing our active at approximately mid-field then continued the left turn now heading toward us at our altitude. The F14 continued the left turn (360 degrees) and again crossed our nose at our altitude and less than 1/2 mi. The F14 continued the left turn to the southwest and then made a tight right turn, thus coming up behind us at our 4-5 O'clock position (from northwest). At this point we were at approximately 400 ft AGL and fully configured to land. I told the captain that the F14 was coming straight toward us and that if he (F14) didn't turn, it might hit us. The captain descended approximately 1 DOT below GS and we received GPWS. As the F14 went over, the captain leveled off and reintercepted the GS and continued for a normal landing. We questioned the tower about the F14 and were informed that the air boss on the other side of the field was working the F14. As we taxied to the gate and all through passenger deplaning process, the F14 continued its air show program extending across runway 17L centerline each time. The captain and I both feel that the F14 pilot never saw us -- had no idea we were there.

Title: WHILE ON FINAL AT OKC, A DC9 CREW OBSERVES AN F14, PART OF AIR SHOW, DEPART ON THE PARALLEL RWY AND FLY ACROSS THEIR PATH SEVERAL TIMES. THE CREW CLAIMS THAT IN ONE INSTANCE, IT WAS NECESSARY TO DSND BELOW THE GLIDE PATH TO AVOID BEING HIT.

Narrative: CURRENT ATIS INFORMED US THAT RWY 17L WAS ACTIVE WITH ALL OTHER RWYS CLOSED AND AIR SHOW IN PROGRESS. WE RECEIVED APCH VECTORS TO RWY 17L (CAVU) AND CLRED TO LAND. TWR WORKED A SLOW MOVING CESSNA IN FRONT OF US AND WE WERE FORCED TO GAR. WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO MAKE L DOWNWIND TURN AND WERE CLRED TO LAND. MADE CLOSE IN BASE LEG (AS REQUESTED FOR TFC TO FOLLOW US) AND TURNED FINAL APPROX 1000 FT AGL ON GLIDE PATH. THE AIR SHOW WAS USING RWY 17R AND AS WE TURNED FINAL AN F14 WAS LANDED OFF RWY 17R. THE F14 TURNED E XING OUR ACTIVE AT APPROX MID-FIELD THEN CONTINUED THE L TURN NOW HEADING TOWARD US AT OUR ALT. THE F14 CONTINUED THE L TURN (360 DEGS) AND AGAIN CROSSED OUR NOSE AT OUR ALT AND LESS THAN 1/2 MI. THE F14 CONTINUED THE L TURN TO THE SW AND THEN MADE A TIGHT R TURN, THUS COMING UP BEHIND US AT OUR 4-5 O'CLOCK POS (FROM NW). AT THIS POINT WE WERE AT APPROX 400 FT AGL AND FULLY CONFIGURED TO LAND. I TOLD THE CAPT THAT THE F14 WAS COMING STRAIGHT TOWARD US AND THAT IF HE (F14) DIDN'T TURN, IT MIGHT HIT US. THE CAPT DSNDED APPROX 1 DOT BELOW GS AND WE RECEIVED GPWS. AS THE F14 WENT OVER, THE CAPT LEVELED OFF AND REINTERCEPTED THE GS AND CONTINUED FOR A NORMAL LNDG. WE QUESTIONED THE TWR ABOUT THE F14 AND WERE INFORMED THAT THE AIR BOSS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FIELD WAS WORKING THE F14. AS WE TAXIED TO THE GATE AND ALL THROUGH PAX DEPLANING PROCESS, THE F14 CONTINUED ITS AIR SHOW PROGRAM EXTENDING ACROSS RWY 17L CTRLINE EACH TIME. THE CAPT AND I BOTH FEEL THAT THE F14 PLT NEVER SAW US -- HAD NO IDEA WE WERE THERE.
