Aircraft X told to amend altitude, descend and maintain 15000 ft. Aircraft Y on another frequency, combined sectors, answered for aircraft X and said roger leaving 14000 ft for 15000 ft. Aircraft X blocked out readback of aircraft Y on other frequency.
