Narrative:

I was cleared for landing at fok. The active runway was runway 24 and the tower reported the wind from 330 degrees at 10 KTS. Runway 33 was closed. After the right wheel of the aircraft touched the runway, the following occurred: the tail came up, the left wing dropped and touched the runway, the left wheel and the nosewheel touched the runway, and I heard the propeller strike the ground. Control was regained. The aircraft was taxied off the runway. Ground control directed me to a tie down location. The engine did not stop but 1/2 inch was removed from each propeller blade. I attribute this occurrence to relaxation after the wheels touched the runway. I stopped flying the airplane and the incident occurred.

Title: PLT OF C172R LNDG WITH A XWIND HAS A PROP STRIKE AND WING TOUCH THE RWY. HE DOES REGAIN CTL OF THE ACFT.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED FOR LNDG AT FOK. THE ACTIVE RWY WAS RWY 24 AND THE TWR RPTED THE WIND FROM 330 DEGS AT 10 KTS. RWY 33 WAS CLOSED. AFTER THE R WHEEL OF THE ACFT TOUCHED THE RWY, THE FOLLOWING OCCURRED: THE TAIL CAME UP, THE L WING DROPPED AND TOUCHED THE RWY, THE L WHEEL AND THE NOSEWHEEL TOUCHED THE RWY, AND I HEARD THE PROP STRIKE THE GND. CTL WAS REGAINED. THE ACFT WAS TAXIED OFF THE RWY. GND CTL DIRECTED ME TO A TIE DOWN LOCATION. THE ENG DID NOT STOP BUT 1/2 INCH WAS REMOVED FROM EACH PROP BLADE. I ATTRIBUTE THIS OCCURRENCE TO RELAXATION AFTER THE WHEELS TOUCHED THE RWY. I STOPPED FLYING THE AIRPLANE AND THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
