A registered nurse and a medical school graduate (intern) are attending the pregnant woman. An emergency declared and aircraft diverted to kansas city international airport at maximum speed for safety of pregnant woman. Below 10000 ft the aircraft exceeded 250 KTS due to emergency situation.
