Narrative:
Repairing a temperature sensor behind forward pressure bulkhead. Left flashlight in aircraft after completing job, discovered tool missing 3 days later after returning from days off. Notified supervisor. Line mechanics found tool just where I left it. No damage to aircraft. Contributing factors: 1) fatigue and working 10 hour shifts, incident occurred approximately XA30. 2) my inattn to detail. I did not perform my customary 'safety' check of the area.

Narrative: REPAIRING A TEMP SENSOR BEHIND FORWARD PRESSURE BULKHEAD. LEFT FLASHLIGHT IN ACFT AFTER COMPLETING JOB, DISCOVERED TOOL MISSING 3 DAYS LATER AFTER RETURNING FROM DAYS OFF. NOTIFIED SUPVR.
