Narrative:

Bonanza departed greensboro. Aircraft was issued 3000 ft initial climb out. Sector was combined and saturated. Other traffic sits diverted my attention away from this departure and aircraft was not climbed. Aircraft passed over antenna by 400 ft. New airspace confign in effect for 3 days. Fdio computer problems prevented fp strips on several aircraft, causing confusion. Supervisor unwilling to split position.
