Narrative:

Under pbi approach vectors and descending from 4000 ft to 2000 ft, first officer (PNF) noticed a glider on the nose. Time allowed only about 10 degrees of heading change (no abrupt maneuver was required). The glider appeared to be heading for a GA field approximately 15 NM northwest of pbi. Approach control never saw him but did file a complaint after our report.
