Narrative:
I was flying with a reporter along highway 17 from the summit at 1400 ft. Bay said traffic for me was at 1 O'clock and 3 mi. I was looking. No contact. About 30 seconds later, bay said traffic is now at 2 O'clock and 1 mi. I looked harder and saw it coming straight at me, same altitude. He was at 2-3 O'clock to me and he had a bigger view of me. I turned right about 20 degrees to avoid him and he began a turn to keep his nose on me (like playing chicken). I made an emergency 360 degree turn to the left to avoid him. I have heard the other company does that for fun. I think it is dangerous and stupid.
