Narrative:

Air carrier flight xx outbound flight was on assigned heading 010 degrees at 13000 ft. Center advised us of a C130 opposite direction at 14000 ft. We had just leveled at 13000 ft when we got a conflict alert. A few seconds later our TCASII gave us an RA to descend, which we did. We descended to 12500 ft and saw the unknown aircraft that looked like a twin engine king air cross less than 1/2 mi in front and 500 ft above us. Center did not see the unknown until we received the RA.
