Narrative:

I was working R45 (bristol) by myself. Atx #1 was en route to atl via hmv south of cdf macey 2. I became distraction by military #1 coming out of AR633. He had filed into tys and then filed a flight plan to wri from tys. Military #1 didn't land at tys and picked up his clearance to wri from the sector controling AR633 (R41 hinch). I was removing strips on military #1, departing the new flight plan, changing his code and restarting a track. Atx #1 entered sector 49 (logen) without being handed off. The atl arrs do not hand off automatically for unknown reasons.
