Narrative:

Talking to ground control, picked up my IFR clearance. I was given a cards 5 departure. Takeoff, go to cardinal VOR to leboy intersection via 346 degree radial. On takeoff, I was told to fly 310 degrees on departure and talk to departure. I talked to departure and went to cardinal VOR, but after 2 mins, departure asked me where I was going and get back to 310 degree heading.
