Narrative:
On takeoff at msp, we understood and read back heading of 300 degrees. After takeoff we were told to immediately turn to heading of 200 degrees. No other abnormalities occurred.

Title: FLC OF A B727 FAILED TO TURN TO THE CORRECT HEADING AFTER TKOF CAUSING ATC TO INTERVENE AND CORRECT THEIR HEADING.
Narrative: ON TKOF AT MSP, WE UNDERSTOOD AND READ BACK HDG OF 300 DEGS. AFTER TKOF WE WERE TOLD TO IMMEDIATELY TURN TO HDG OF 200 DEGS. NO OTHER ABNORMALITIES OCCURRED.
