Narrative:

I was radar training during a moderately busy session. We were using the backup frequencys which were quite scratchy. My trainee climbed aircraft a to FL230. Aircraft B was converging at FL240. I took over frequencys because it got too busy for my trainee. I climbed another aircraft (aircraft C) to FL240. I received no answer from aircraft C. Aircraft a climbed through FL230. At the same time aircraft a questioned his clearance and I expedited aircraft a back to FL230.
