Narrative:
Logan departure from bos (bos-slc) planned on runway 9, however, weight and balance required runway 4. Departure briefed as runway heading. Failed to rebrief new runway. I questioned after takeoff, but failed to look myself. First officer mistakenly repeated runway heading. Departure called for our turn to 090 degrees, 2 mi late. No conflict reported. This is my own inattn to detail.
