Pilot landed short of paved runway by 6 inches, collapsing nose gear. Pilot failed to arrest high sink rate after windshear. To correct situation, in the future, pilot must be more aware of situation.

Narrative: PLT LANDED SHORT OF PAVED RWY BY 6 INCHES, COLLAPSING NOSE GEAR. PLT FAILED TO ARREST HIGH SINK RATE AFTER WINDSHEAR. TO CORRECT SIT, IN THE FUTURE, PLT MUST BE MORE AWARE OF SIT.
