Narrative:

Shortly after takeoff, a tail compartment temperature high light illuminated (MD80 red light and master warning). Declared emergency, did emergency checklists and returned to las uneventfully. WX/wind was calm, departure runway was runway 19L, vectors for visual for runway 25L were given. Maintenance found bleed air line leaking after landing in las.

WX/WIND WAS CALM, DEP RWY WAS RWY 19L, VECTORS FOR VISUAL FOR RWY 25L WERE GIVEN. MAINT FOUND BLEED AIR LINE LEAKING AFTER LNDG IN LAS.
