On ILS approach to cvg, at final approach final controller failed to turn us over to tower for landing. We were given a green light for landing from tower. Landed without further incident. Supplemental information from acn 399048: aircraft was not switched to tower by approach. Landing clearance was given by green light from the tower.

Narrative: ON ILS APCH TO CVG, AT FINAL APCH FINAL CTLR FAILED TO TURN US OVER TO TWR FOR LNDG. WE WERE GIVEN A GREEN LIGHT FOR LNDG FROM TWR. LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 399048: ACFT WAS NOT SWITCHED TO TWR BY APCH. LNDG CLRNC WAS GIVEN BY GREEN LIGHT FROM THE TWR.
