While at holding speed 245 KTS, got navigation errors and (due to strong winds, turbulence, and fatigue) drifting off course in hold. While correcting, entered a cell. Aircraft vibrated, lost autoplt, gained and lost 400 ft before regaining control of aircraft. Advised ATC of occurrence.
