Narrative:
En route dtw-phx, flight attendants advised us of a sick passenger in the back. The flight was diverted to ict to disembark the passenger. Prior to departure, diversion being a thing that I had never done before, I discussed with the first officer if there was anything else that we needed to do before departure. We couldn't think of anything so we departed for phx. On climb out, I realized that we had had a medical emergency and that the flight attendants had used oxygen and the emergency medical kit. We called them up and found that they had used 1 bottle down to 500 pounds and a second down to 1000 pounds. They had also used the blood pressure cuff from the emergency medical kit. (At least 1 oxygen bottle and the emergency medical kit should have been replaced or resealed before departure from ict.) I have since created for myself a 'diversion checklist' to help me to remember what I need to, should I have a diversion again in the future.

Title: AN A320 LEAVES A DIVERSION STATION WITH THE PAX EMER MEDICAL KIT NOT REFRESHED AND 2 PORTABLE OXYGEN BOTTLES BELOW DISPATCH PRESSURE. ITEMS HAD BEEN USED DURING A MEDICAL EMER FOR A PAX THAT HAD CREATED THE NEED FOR THE DIVERSION.
