Narrative: GGG PRIMARY AND SECONDARY RADAR FAILED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS. ALSO ARTS II FAILED. THIS OUTAGE LASTED FOR 5 MINS. 2 PRACTICE APCH ACFT WERE FORCED TO MAKE FULL STOPS AGAINST THEIR WISHES.
