Narrative:

Being vectored for ILS runway 13R approach at bfi we were descending out of 2500 ft for 2200 ft. ATC advised of traffic 12 O'clock, less than 1 mi, altitude unknown. We looked up to see a high winged cessna at our altitude about 1/2 mi in front of us taking evasive action to the left. We were flying a B767-300F with no TCASII installed.
