Narrative:
We failed to turn to a heading 355 degrees at 8 DME on the holly 8 arrival. The pilots thought they were on a vector, but we were not. Approach kept us going on the inbound heading, crossed us over the top of the airport and we landed on the west side.

Narrative: WE FAILED TO TURN TO A HDG 355 DEGS AT 8 DME ON THE HOLLY 8 ARR. THE PLTS THOUGHT THEY WERE ON A VECTOR, BUT WE WERE NOT. APCH KEPT US GOING ON THE INBOUND HEADING, CROSSED US OVER THE TOP OF THE ARPT AND WE LANDED ON THE W SIDE.
