Landing at jnx runway 3, wind out of west shifting from 250 degrees to 310 degrees. Wind approximately 10-20 KTS, gusts to 30 KTS. Starting flare and gusty wind hit and then stopped. Completely lost airspeed and lift and made hard touchdown. Front gear collapsed.
