Narrative:

While on approach to chicago, mdw ILS runway 31C we were cleared for the approach, but due to fixation on flying the approach, I failed to notice my copilot failed to contact the tower for landing clearance. Approximately 100 ft AGL I realized we were still on the chicago approach frequency. But it was too late to switch frequency to the tower. Upon rollout we switched over to the tower frequency and they instructed us to contact ground control. Nothing more was said. Poor CRM and poor situational awareness was to blame. Perhaps 'landing clearance' could be added to our before landing checklist.
