Narrative:

Captain was accused of excessive use of power during pwrback by ground crew when baggage fell into an aircraft. After completion of flight xyz from dfw-cle, we were informed that a baggage cart was turned over and hit another aircraft during our pwrback at dfw. I observed normal pwrback procedures and detected no excessive use of during taxi out by my captain. It might be in the best interest of the dfw ramp manager to review gate xx for new departure procedures.
