Narrative:

I entered left downwind for runway 25 announcing my position on downwind, base and final with 2 other aircraft behind me on downwind, also announcing position. Both the passenger, another pilot, and I confirmed 'no wind' and therefore runway 25 as published. We also both were looking for a citabria we had seen close to ours entering downwind when I finally saw her in the middle of the runway as I was on short final. As I started to apply power for a go around, she pulled off the runway into the grass so I landed.

WE ALSO BOTH WERE LOOKING FOR A CITABRIA WE HAD SEEN CLOSE TO OURS ENTERING DOWNWIND WHEN I FINALLY SAW HER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RWY AS I WAS ON SHORT FINAL. AS I STARTED TO APPLY PWR FOR A GAR, SHE PULLED OFF THE RWY INTO THE GRASS SO I LANDED.
